Larina’s sets are designed to open up pathways to creativity, freedom and bliss.
It is her intent to hold this space for all to explore and discover their authentic movement, guided by their individual spirit within the framework of community. Her certifications include 200RYT and Yoga Trance Dance™ with Shiva Rea and she has learned and been inspired through conscious dance workshops in Soul Motion™ with Vinn Marti, Michael Molin-Skelton in Los Angeles (spiritweaves – 5Rhythms & Soul Motion), and Amara Pagano (Azul). She has held regular ecstatic dance on the island of Oahu for 8 years at various locations. She now heads Conscious Dance Collective Oahu at the Honolulu Club and has done so for the past 4 years. CDC Oahu offers the community of Oahu conscious dance on a regular basis with rotating facilitators, in a safe, clean environment including spa facilities after dance and 5 hours of free parking.
