Larina Hawkins-Hower brings a love of dance and yoga in facilitating events that combine these two powerful practices. She has shared sacred dance space with the conscious/ecstatic dance communities on Oahu, the Big Island at Kalani, Maui and Los Angeles (spiritweaves – 5Ryhythms & Soul Motion). Participating in workshops in Soul Motion™ with Vinn Marti and Yoga Trance Dance with Shiva Rea have all informed this movement practice, opening up pathways to creativity, freedom and bliss. It is her intent to hold space for all to explore and discover their authentic movement, guided by their individual spirit within the framework of community. Her certifications include 200RYT and Yoga Trance Dance™ with Shiva Rea.
